Rehabilitating a Charlestown Landmark

In a recent article, local publication Charlestown Patriot-Bridge highlighted the neighborhood's own Memorial Hall, which just two weeks ago received CPA funding from the City of Boston for a sweeping rehabilitation of the building. Representatives from Memorial Hall have been working closely with Spencer, Sullivan & Vogt to develop a cohesive plan for phased renovations to the property, including restoration of the exterior woodwork, entries, and trim, as well as accessibility improvements to the site itself.

The article can be found at the Charlestown Patriot-Bridge's website.

At 224 years old, Memorial Hall is showing its age. Exterior work will return the building to the way it looked in 1888.
